We work according to a standardized process. This process is as follows:

1) Request.

Customers places request via request form, e-mail, phone or expresses wishes during personal meeting.

2) Check.

Our team checks the request carefully to make sure that we interprets the request correctly. Questions regarding CSR, transportation and other terms are asked when missing in the preliminary request.

3) Match.

The customer request will be placed to several production partners that match requirements and specialisation.

4) Negotiation.

We will start the negotiation with the production partners in order to offer the best deal to the customer.

5) Proposal.

The customer receives a offer including pricing, MOQ, lead-times and samples. Based on the offer the customer may accept or decline.

6) Coordinating. 

When we receives a GO we start to plan the production, quality checks and shipment

7) Quality control.

During the production process we regularly check the progress and quality. Even before dispatching the products will be checked carefully.

8) Logistics.

When the quality is approved we will start the transportation of the goods according to the terms agreed upon.

9) Aftersales.

Our service doesn’t stop after delivering. We will keep in touch to make sure that everything went according to plan and whether we can improve our service.
